If your order has not arrived within the estimated 6–10 business day delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@reloadrail.co.uk with your order number.

Occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or periods of increased demand. We will review the shipment status and assist you with your order.

If your order has already been shipped, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the latest delivery updates.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@reloadrail.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with the original packaging and included components where applicable.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
